Cancellations: We will provide a full refund for any class, workshop, or seminar series with a full 30 day cancellation notice. Without a 30 day notice, full credit is offered for the full value of the class to any future classes at the Center if we are notified prior to he start of the class or workshop. No refunds or credit is provided for missed classes without prior notification. No refunds or credit is provided for training programs or lecture series once the program or series has begun.

Cancellations due to weather conditions: The Center operates according to the Wellesley Public School schedule. We do not hold classes on days that the Wellesley schools are closed. For weekend classes, we will have notification of any cancelled classes on the Center's outgoing voice mail system at 781-239-1773 by the night before the class. Refunds or credit will be provided for any classes cancelled due to weather.
